my experience is so-so. the pool is nice and some of the staff are friendly and courteous (not all), the neighborhood kids are a drag but most importantly, it's pretty UNSAFE. my husband was robbed at gunpoint in the breezeway of our apartment one night returning from work at about 5:30 in the morning, not only that, but a few months ago, there was a rape that occurred in one of the apartments.
when we told the office about the robbery, they didn't do anything and didn't sympathize with us about our terror in living here.
yes, there is a courtesy officer but that didn't stop anything from happening.
