I enjoy living here at Holcombs Pond. I have lived here for about 5 years. During the 5 years I have seen management companies come and go. I have to say our current management company has made living here more enjoyable. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive to our needs and the office staff is courteous and helpful. They have replaced my old appliances and have recently painted our living area with an accent color! It seems to be more like a home now. The landscaping has improved tremendously, the grounds are cleaned daily. My family truly enjoys the pool in the hot weather. The pool area is beautiful. The staff plans summer events that my entire family can enjoy. You need to take a look at the new Holcombs Pond!
