i have been living at holcombs pond for over a year now and just resigned my lease. i would love to get the hell out of there but im a college student and it is the only thing i can afford. the rent is cheap but the office staff is AWFUL!!! they NEVER pick up the phone, NEVER return phone calls and are just plain RUDE. one time i came home from work and found my front door UNLOCKED. they had been doing some inspection work that week and they didnt lock my door when they left! i called and left them a message about it and they never called, nebver apologized, NOTHING. i am hoping to get the hell out of there as soon as i have the money to. GROSS!
