I recently moved here from the West Coast and was excited about finally living in a place that was safe, clean, and reasonably priced. WRONG! Once I got here, there was a great deal of work that needed to be done in the apartment (I had to create a laundry list). The grounds look nice when you first enter the dwelling, but beware, once you go further in, you see the real deal (I have a dilapited storage and car wash facility no more than 15 feet from my front door and in front of that is a huge dumpster like trailer - both have been sitting there for about 3 months with no explanation or change). About a month ago, they found a dead body in the building directly across from mine and no one offered any reassurance or explanation regarding resident safety or concern. Most of the residents are inconsiderate (loud music, double parking, trash in front of their doors). And don't even get me started on the leasing office staff. I have to agree with the rest of the reviews in saying that you are dealing with Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest when you go in there...unprofessional in most cases and just plan incompetent in others. Thankfully, I only signed a 10 month lease and I am counting down the months until I leave. Oh and one more thing, be prepared to hear absolutely every move your neighbors make, from walking across the floor to sneezing, really!
