as apartments go

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have lived in various apartments in Fulton, Dekalb and Gwinnett counties. It is the same in each. Constant changing of office staff, bugs, maintenance issues. I have lived at Holcombs Pond since 2003. I even lived in the building that burned down last year and found the complex helpful, but sometimes not very personable. Now they have changed ownership and I am waiting to see if any changes occur; but won't be surprised if none happen. Yes you can hear every move your neighbors make and everything that is said near the air/heat ducts but I have yet to live in a place that this does not happen. I know a few of my neighbors by sight only, but do not feel safe. I feel that I am constanly looking over my shoulder but again, that is the same in all complexes. That is apartment life. I will probably be moving out but only because my work is so far away and the cost of gasoline is too high. It really is a decent place to live.
