With the exception of being able to hear your neighbors every move, I really enjoyed my stay at Holcombs Pond. The pool had a younger crowd, which I liked, and the clubhouse always has some sort of fun activity going on. They know everybody in the whole place by name, which is amazing. My roommate and I are both young college student girls and I never once felt unsafe. The neighbors that I know are great. I plan on moving out in a couple of months just for personal reasons, but if that wasn't the case I'd definatly stay longer!
