I have lived here since April of this year and the only reason I'm moving out is that I have to move closer to my school. I like it a lot here because:
-the management is very friendly (Roxanna and Anjelique in particular!)
-my neighbors are nice and quiet
-there is always tons of parking
-maintenence is always prompt and gets things fixed the first time
-the landscaping is beautiful
-this place is very safe!

my only problems have been tiny issues that have been fixed quickly by maintenence or the office and i have never once felt unsafe while i was here!
