I have lived at this property for almost 2 yrs. There have been a mass # of burglaries lately and the property is doing nothing about it. Do not move here unless you want to be vandalized. All they do is put a notice on your door and give you a pat on the back. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST MOVING HERE, DON'T DO IT. If you choose to move here change the locks on your doors IMMEDIATELY. Don't allow maintenance or the leasing office in your apartment unless you're home. They're not honest people. PS - The Leasing Office is writing fake reviews to boost their ratings. None of it is true, just ask someone who live here.

Well unfortunatly crime has no address. If you were to call the local police department and request a summary of all the occurances in the surrounding area, you would find that crime happens no matter where you live. You are always welcome to change your locks. If you are to purchase a lock we will install it for you. On the same note, the office must have a copy in case of any emergencies or work orders that you may call in. All of the office staff has gone through routine criminal background checks, just to clarify the comment about dishonesty. We are not able to monitor every unit on property, but we do advise anyone who feels insecure to call the police. We promptly repair any damages to the apartments and also let our residents know of the occurances. We promote a neighborhood watch, and once again if anything looks suspicious we encourage our residents to call the police and notify the office. If it occurs within business hours, we will take proper action at that time.
