My friend and I lived here as roommates. We had roaches all over our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, on the walls, everywhere. We told them over the phone, since it wasn't taken care of we both went to office and told them about it and no action was taken in 4 months. We lived with roaches basicly. We decided to leave and we gave a notice and what they did was they cut out our Electricity two weeks prior to our lease end. (my roommate had a roommate that the bills were under his name but he had left long ago and the apartment was paying in our behalf and we were paying the apartment, but they reported and cut it out in middle of November)

The staff not friendly and they directly say that they don't help you. I don't recommend anyone going there.

Well, it's a quick response but haven't you read the review I've written??? I've called and personally came to office with my roommate about the problem and no action was taken. (That's my experience, and that's why I'm concerned.) You've been there for more than 3 years and saw no one say they don't help. Let me correct myself, you guys say: "There's nothing I could do, it's just the corporate rules" I lived there more than 6 months and the bill was not in our name but the last 2 weeks that we were about to leave is when our electricity was cut out. So please don't just make yourself look good and answer to the NOT RECOMMENDED reviews. ( take criticizes and make it work for other people, You might be able to keep those residense for a longer period.) you could also say thanks and appreciate the people who are recommending you on this website not just respond to the bad experienced people. And I'm sorry if I left a bad rating for you guys but we were only hard working people that just wanted to have a clean and calm place to live without any problems, but none of them were provided and on top of that we were in without electricity in a cold season.

We do appreciate the constructive criticism, because without the criticism to know where we need to improve we would never to able to move forward. I do understand that sometimes the bottom line does come down to "Corporate Policies". Unfortunately as in any job there are polices that must be followed and executed. We try our best to provide every resident with a clean and comfortable living experience, staying within the boundaries of which we are allowed to. As far as keeping residents here, we do have a number of residents that have lived here 15 years. Most of our turnover is due to residents purchasing homes, vs the condition of the apartment complex. I do see the perspective of thanking the previous tenant???s comments that enjoyed their stay here. However, this website emails us when reviews are written, and since we have been updating them, I have not had one to respond to. I don't need to make our complex or our staff "look good" the comments whether good or bad can speak for themselves. As far as your utilities, once again the utilities must be in your name until the end of your lease. I hope that you are enjoying your new home and if you ever are in need of another apartment, I hope that you will consider Holcomb's Pond. Thank you again for your review.

It seems that the Staff here is not only quite defensive, but also rather nonsensical. Much of what they say to the negative reviews seems to be jargon. I feel as if I am reading a politician's response in a press conference.

If you think the old management was bad, you should see the new management. They let go all of the old employees and have all new people in there that dont know anything. You can go in there week after week and it is someone new again. It is pathetic. They do nothing to help a current resident stay. They will go under soon enough or lower there prices to match up with the level of customer service they offer.
