I agree - horrible 'management'

I have read all of the postings. Those tenants who say that this apartment complex is a quiet place with well behaved children obviously do not live anywhere near building 23 (where I live). The one who mentioned the horrible kids breaking everything and always in the parking lot must live near me because I have the same problems. I can assure you that he/she is 100% correct.
One of the postings mentioned that single people don't like kids and that must be why they think that the kids are so misbehaved. He/she also said that kids need a place to play. That person obviously has no idea what it means to keep your children well behaved while giving them plenty of room to run and play -- supervised and NOT in the way of traffic. These kids near my bldg are NEVER supervised and they run wild.
