This place started off ok... But soon after the management started showing their true colors... Where do I start... well first off, when I went to look at the property I wanted a main level apartment, they took me and showed me the apartment that they were going to "hold" for me. When it was time to move in they gave me the keys to the gorund level apartment below and then decided to tell me that the one they showed me was no longer vacant and someone moved in. Since the ground level apartment was larger I had no problem with that, however they told me that the price would be a little bit higher since I had a "pool side view". I didn't really mind that either since I liked the idea of having the pool near by so it was no big deal. It was the beginning of August I signed the 12 mo. lease and I figured that I could take advantage of the pool b4 it closed since it was almost Fall. Now, remember that apartment above me that I originally wanted...well it's now October and guess what it was not occupied, the same leasing agent that showed me the place must have liked it a lot since she was the one that moved in there in October and took the apartment that I wanted. I figured no big deal since it's probably safer up there for a single "white female" than down on the ground level where she could get mugged or someone could break into her Family Dollar furnished aprartment. When I moved in I got confirmation from the leasing office to have a satellite dish installed however, since my new neighbor moved in she decided that she didn't like the idea of having to look down at my window and seeing a satellite dish outside of my window. So what did she do' She calls maintenance to come and remove my dish. When I found out that my dish was gone I called in to the leasing office and they were not aware of the fact that their maintenance men had a order to remove my dish. So I talked to one of the maintenance men and when I finally deciphered the Spanish I made out the name of my neighbor upstairs (yes the leasing agent that stole my apartment). I went back to the office and advised the manager that the neighbor placed the order for the dish to be removed and to my surprise I was advised that she no longer was employed by the Greenhouse Apts. WOW!!!!! Anyway I ended up having my dish re-installed and had the cost taken out of my rent. I also gave that sneaky biiiiaaatch upstairs a piece of my mind. A few months later I hear the chic upstairs getting her brains beat out of her (so much for being safe on the main level) so I feel sorry for her and call the police to help her out and shut her the hell up but she never comes to the door. I guess she was too embarassed or whatever. But then out of the blue 2 weekends straight the police pay me a visit saying that a neighbor heard screaming coming from my apartment. Go figure who the culprit was. This fued became outrageous and I contemplated moving to another unit in the complex however by this time it was April and I didn't have too much more time left in this joint. So now it's the end of Spring and here comes summer I can take full advantage of this pool side access and view but what do they decide to do''... repair the foundation of the pool and replace pipes. Everymorning at 8 am you hear the trucks and hammering and pounding of the equipment right outside my window. Oh not to mention the ------- frogs that migrated to my stair well as their habbitat was rehabilitated. Anyway, they spent the whole summer repairing the pool and it was not until the end of August was I even able to take a dip into the pool and by then it was time for me to move since my "lease" was up. Oh yeah when they asked me to renew my lease they increased the rent by almost $100 and justified this because of the repairs to the pool. In my opinion I paid for the upgrades to the pool already in my rent and the visitation of the damn frogs.Anyway my transition into a more professional establishment was smooth and easy, I was able to get the apartment that I wanted. Now 4 months after moving from that hell hole and getting my security deposti back, I get a ------- collection letter in the mail from Greenhouse telling me that I broke my lease and I owe them over $600. When I asked for an itemization of these charges they tell me that I broke my lease by moving out a month before my lease was up. I asked them when did my "12 month lease end" and the rep tells me in August, however I am being charged for the month of Septembers rent and penalty charges. Please if you have options do not move here if they offer you any deal believe you me you will end up paying for it in the end. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!

As far as poor management goes I have to agree. We have had work orders in for a month and the temp ladies at the office are rude and barelyt even speak english. Frustration does not even begin to describe living here.
