I lived in Greenhouse Apartments for 6yrs and remained there until it was bought out by Jasmine Apartments, Lyons Management for 2yrs. Under the Mgt of Greenhouse the property quality was satisfactory but the quality began to deminish tremdendously around the time it was bought out by Jasmine, Lyons Management.
The investation of German roaches was horrifying! The extermination was a joke because it apparently was feeding the roaches and they multiplied. The landscaping/grounds are runned down around the walkways and not restored or referbished. I would not recommend this Apt. Complex to a homeless person because the rented to residents who were illegal because they exceeded the limits per occupancy e.g. 4/6 people in a 2bdr. apt. When reported to Mgt. nothing was ever done to eliminate the problem. The office staff were either rude, ignorant or non-responsive.
Alpharetta, GA is a lovely community and the schools are excellent! However, Jasmine Apartments does not reflect the elegance of Alpharetta's reputation.
