I just moved here and have only been here a week. I must say it is really not as bad as people are making it out to be. I have a nice upstairs unit. It is clean, quiet, no bugs, and the price is right. Management staff has been very freindly and nice about getting me the unit. Even my neighbors are nice. Both pools seem clean. Everybody is pretty quiet and nice to you. Maintance has been ok so far. In other words so far so good. No complaints.
