Keep looking. Not the worse, but you can do better.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Entirely over priced. Did not make special offers to keep current residents. Poor service - no pest control, infrequent filter changes, etc. As long as you pay your rent on time, you will never hear from them. Helpful and friendly staff.
