It was sort of like a personal test if you will to see just bad it could get before I had to fold. All I wanted was a reasonably priced acommadations in the Roswell/ Alpharetta area not the heart of Eastpoint. The unit I lived in was what I felt was the best. A ground level one with no one above me. Sounds good right'! Yeah if you never lived there! 1. (ME)The roof leaked,BAD...(CG)It had to be pooring down rain before location of the leak could be found. I went and bought a bucket. 2.(ME)No hot water,personal observation of mine showed the build date on the hot water to be DEC of 1983...(CG)"Works fine"(ME)Got used to luke warm water. 3. (ME)People cleaning their cars and Blasting Ludacris at 3am...(CG) No response. 4. Champions Green, Welcome to the newest Roswell PD precinct. I had a couple other issues but I feel they were covered in the previous reviews fairly well so read on.
