Sad decline From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000   This place was REALLY nice and reasonably priced when I moved in, but steadily declined each year until I finally couldn't stand it and moved out (and bought a house). Many of the same problems listed in other posts--although not quite as extreme--especially the ants and the repair issues. I remember my AC stopped working 18 (yup...EIGHTEEN) different times over the time I was there, but was the unit ever replaced' Of course not. The fountain was really nice when it worked. It had relatively simple problems but the maintenance crews attempts at repairing it only made it worse. (I know because I run a swimming pool management and repair company and took a look at it for them once.) They didn't want to spend the money to fix it right and so I guess it still sits idle. And regarding the pools and spas--all I can recommend is to stay out of them.
