This place sucks big time. I'm currently living here and my lease is up towards the end of the year. Let me assure you after I moved in here I've been full of regret and the situation has become worse with the new management. Lane Company is the worst appt. management company on earth. They dont care for anyone. The only thing you will see them do is get landscaping done almost every second day around their leasing office. The area around the appts are dirty and never cleaned. The type of residents moving in is very disappointing. The appts are fixed with old appliances and the appt. insulation sucks because of which I've been getting an electric bill of $150 almost every month. The water bill is very high too. I think the management company has some kind of a tie up with Sawnee EMC to charge residents more money. All the leasing consultants will talk to you nicely but let me assure you that's a fake act. DO NOT take their word. They had promised to put a ceiling fan in the living room and it never happened. That was 6 months ago. This place can cause depression and breathing problems because there are no windows in the living room area and the air filter is never replaced unless you call 10-20 times. You'll almost have all kinds of bugs in your house from spiders to roaches to ants. You name it, you got it. So, I'm actually looking forward to ending this agony. My suggestion to everyone is that there are much more better places to live in Alpharetta/Roswell area than Champions Green.
