My husband and I moved in almost two years ago. So here it goes. This place use to be a good and affordable complex about 4 years ago but has gone down hill. The apartment itself needs major improvement like new appliances, new vinyl, bathroom etc. I've seen bugs in my apartment that I never knew exsisted. The air filter is never changed unless you beg management for about a month straight. The breezeways are always dirty and you only see landscaping around the front office. The water fountain in the front hasn't worked for about two years. I won't even say about the pool and what they call jacuzzi....ITS GROSS!!! I've begged management to please change my carpet and even told them I don't mind paying extra rent if they could just give me new carpet...I am still waiting. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and ugly. Whats up with the dumpster in front of the building'' You would think they cared if it's the first thing you see when you come in. The Management are very rude and I believe they don't care about the complex or residents!!! Noise is a huge problem here I can here everything my neighbor does..bathroom, shower, laundry, cooking everything..I know he usually gets home at 11:00 and when he walks around my whole apartment shakes and my dog starts barking thinking its somebody trying to get into our place.
I am a dog owner and love animals but believe there is no reason for other people to smell or see pet waste everywhere. I can only blame this on the residents that aren't responsible with there pets.
The people coming to live here lately is really very disappointing. People playing loud music, 10 people living in a little apartment, people working on there cars, kids that have no respect for anybody.
So am I staying''....NO WAY...My lease is up in about two months and I am running away and quick. I regret ever stopping in this place. So if you're thinking about stopping at Champions Green please, please don't stop you can really get a better place for you're money...
