Champions Green used to be top-drawer. The rolling hills and the landscaping set it a part from the other communities; however recently (like the last 3-years) it isn't. The staff let anyone lease; they don't attend to complaints or noise violations; the work orders aren't done within 5-days let alone their policy of 24-hours. The office staff... well aside from the 2-coutry girl hicks it isn't so terrible. The one girl on the floor - Jenny - well, she'd do you for a $50 spot... guess that is how she gets her leases. The other hick is just off the floor and boy can you tell she isn't educated. Like Deliverance all over again (a little further North is where they filmed it). It's quite disturbing to see the one girl make advances at me (and most any man), oh well. They have had a couple of new managers recently (the first one was only here for a couple of months and was just getting her hands into things - you could see she was trying to get things fixed; the 2nd has been here now just a couple of months and she too is getting things fixed - hope she lasts longer than a couple of months) and I wish the best for them. As if the community weren't challenge enough these 2-characters certainly are... good luck. I will not be renewing (not even with discounted rent you offered me). One last thought to new renters: make sure you get all their promises in writing or forget about it.
