Apts. look ok from the outside, but one look at the tatooed scumbag at the swimming pool, rubbing the crotch of her teen-age wannabee son' nephew' boyfriend' - I just knew i could not expose my family to those sights. Also, the alchol fumes made me decide to not light up my cigarette, and my wife had nigntmares from the sight of this tatooed old woman dragging her nephew's drunk ass out of the pool. The rear view was unbelievable! No, we're not perfect, but we won't be moving there anytime soon.
