I haven't lived at Jefferson at Champions Parkway (f.k.a. Champions Green) very long now, but I'd like to offer my $0.02 anyway.

I live in a (knock on wood) exceptionally quiet building, and I hope it stays that way. I never hear loud music, fights, or anything else annoying or disturbing from any of my neighbors. Occasionally I do hear some "thumping" (bass) from a car in the parking lot, but from what I can tell, it's not the residents who are doing it...it's friends/visitors of theirs.

We had a bit of a rocky start as we moved in almost immediately after the new management company took over, so things were sort of confusing for a while. They had us in the wrong apartment model on the wrong floor, the price we were originally quoted for rent had changed, etc., but it worked out in the end. They've been very quick as far as completing maintenance requests we've had, and the office staff is very friendly.
