I never had any problem with previous owners. The difference since complex changed hands is like night and day. Since the new owners have taken over:
1. Asked for a screen to be put on a bedroom window....it is bent therefore allows insects in....what's the use of a screen'
2. Pool is being renovated therefore not open yet...today is 6/13/2006...poor planning
3. Exercise room is only available during office hours...hello, some of us are not section 8 residents and have to work for a living.
4. Called last Friday to complain about trash on the ground at the bottom of the steps....Today is Tuesday and the trash is still there
5. Called the office yesterday to talk to them about kids upstairs running and jumping inside the apartment....sounded like a herd of elephants from my place....I was told by the office that no one lived above me so I guess it's Squatters!!!
(They have been up there several months!!!)
6. Windows on the outside are in desperate need of cleaning..doesn't do any good to clean on the inside because of how dirty they are on the outside.
7. Parents park in the drive by the dumpster on school mornings waiting for the school bus.....It's impossible to get to the dumpster to throw trash away.

Good things: They have reroofed the buildings.

Unless something changes I won't renew my lease.
