Once the new management team took over, this apartment complex has gone to the dumps. Not once in the 7 months under Lane Management, did I get a notice that I was going to be evicted because of past due rent. I pay my rent several days before due date. They staff made me go to my bank and get a copy of the check. Only after searching for hours, did they say they had my rent check. Did they apologize' No. Next maintenance is a joke! THey will half ass do things. My air condition unit was out on one of the hotest days in GA, and did they call me to ask if I could make alternate arrangements or offer to put me in a hotel. No. So I had to stay in an apartment with NO air conditioning. Thank God my lease is up. The office staff is about as competent as the section 8 renters. Also, I do not know what they were doing to the pool because previously management also upgraded the pool. HELLO!!!!
Also, they allow residences to come into the apartment with as many vehicles as possible. Next, They advised use of resident children who are vandalizing cars and advised the residences to start supervising their children. I still see children all over the place without supervision. Maybe that could explain their low occupancy rate. Also, all the section 8 rents as well.
