I'm a previous homeowner and this is a new experience for me. I have friends who have managed apartment complexes all over the country and not one of them hides away in their office to avoid talking to their tenants. The last management team (Lane) property manager was always available to talk to tenants. This latest manager (JPI) hides away in her office and you can never speak to her directly. I thought property managers should have personalities enough to talk to their tenants. As for other aspects of the complex it's okay, I have yet to have a problem with maintenance. As for section 8 (previous reviews mentioned it) this complex doesn't take section 8 vouchers, I checked. Get your facts straight before you assume. And if they did accept section 8, as long as the property management did their thorough checks as with non section 8 tenants, what would be wrong with that' Non section 8 tenants can worse than those with section 8.
