Find something better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I would love to tell you my story to entirety but here is my brief history (3 months into renting). Representative tried to hurry our lease signing. Pool didn't open until July. The whirlpools or mini pools stated on their website, do not run at all. Ants have trooped in on SEVERAL occasions. Three times there has been a water main break. I have heard of a water heater breaking and soaking an apartment. They recently made "updates" to our cabinets which was just a fresh layer of paint. They told us that satelite dishes were no longer allowed after we went into contract with dish network. We had to pay for comcast installation, which was a seperate battle as for as it working properly. And, the dish they said would be removed is still outside. I thought and maybe you may think that all apartments go through this especially one in need of repair, but I have lived in an apartment probably as old as this and was never bothered by anyone or anything from the time I signed my lease to the time I left. I wish you good hunting.
