Will I renew my lease' **** NO! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This place is horrible, including the management. All tenants received a "hate" letter from the oh-so-lovely office manager telling us, in essence, that if we couldn't afford to live there (some people complained about rents being raised when leases were renewed), we needed to find a new place to live. !!!!! As empty as this place is (seems like someone moves out every day, just about) you'd think they would be kissing peoples' @sses to get them to stay and doing whatever it took to keep them. We've had yet ANOTHER water main break. This makes 3 or 4--can't remember. Honestly at this point, I've lost track of them. All I know is that I don't like being without water for such lengthy periods of time. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, but they do sh*tty, hack jobs fixing things. My 2 year old could fix things better than most of the maintenance guys here.
