I have currently been living here for 14 months and unfortantly I've had to sign another lease. Reason being, you have to give sixty days written notice to move. We'll we only found that out 48 days prior to our lease being up. So tell me how do you move without paying a silly amount of money without notice. the office staff is always unfriendly and never really answers any of your questions. We still have not recieved the repairs we've requested as of our move in date. The doors are so improporly constructed that you have to take a screw driver in the bathroom with you if you shut the door. I know that now, but jokes on me I was locked in the bathroom with way out because the doors jam.
Next problem..... be prepared to call the police on more than once. whether it's your loud obnoxious neighbors or the grounds guys fixing the cars in the middle of the night you'll never get any sleep. If you are a big drug user than look no further you have found you dealer. Just randomly pick one of four apartments or just follow the smell of pot lingering from each balcony to lead you there. i see more cops here than on tv.
next..... when we moved in we thought it was such a great deal a two bedroom two bath for only $640. When we signed our new lease they raised our rent to $ 705. What a jump for doing such a crappy job, but yet again no notice no move.
Please whatever you do don't move here. I don't wish that apon anyone. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Gosh i've been away from there going on 9 months and its still a hell hole since they changed management.I have friends that live there and they can't wait till thier lease is up. Man that place went from living on a resort to living in the GHETTO,what a 360 degree turn that place has taken for the worse. They need to really revamp that place or tear it down it looks awful. They let anyone without any knowledge run that place they need to really do something about that.
