It's funny that this place has spent money on remodling the leasing office and the pavement. But my cabinets have not been painted since I moved in. Maintenance is a joke! Their response is always that they do not see a problem. Mold here is ridiculous from the bathroom to window sills. When it rains, be prepared with buckets because everything leaks. It is so not comforting to know that I live with theives and drug dealers. I "truly" enjoy random people parking in the lot taken up spaces for people who actually pay rent here and hanging in front of my door at 7 am because they need to get high! Mangement does not care about their residents. You are only another $ sign. This place could really be nice, but they are just as bad if not worse than their neighbors Saratoga. To sum up-it's Ghetto!
