It's decent apartment for the price

I've been living here for about 2 months now. The apartment is decent. The maintenance responds at decent time. I don't have to get them twice.
Pros: A lot of space both apartments as well as parking, price, decent gym and swimming pool.
Cons: A lot of families live here so you'll see a lot of kids running around. Just watch when you drive your car. I wish their parents watch them or not to let them running around unattended. The wall is not thick enough so you might hear your neighbor
Overall: the apartment is a bit older but like I said you get what you pay for. We are trying to save money to buy a house next year so this apartment is not too bad for us to live for a year.
