After living here for only 2 months, I wish to state, that with new management, this apartment community offers good apartments with great value. I have not lived in an apartment for over 20 years, but after a divorce, sought out a quiet place that was cost effective and located in a centralized location of North Fulton. In addition, Super Target, Best Buy, Chili's, etc, broke ground this summer to have their retail establishments operating by March/2008, all within walking distance from Jefferson. Otherwise, it is quiet, clean, and the broad mix of residents are respectful of one another. I am comfortable with what I have based on the rental prices.

Like you said, you have only lived here for two months, just wait untill you need something fixed. Oh yeah, keep a close eye on your vehicle, they get vandalized quite regularly.
