Confused. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We just recently renewed out lease.....we wished we never did. We now pay a bit over $800 a month for a one bedroom apartment with a little den not to much bigger than our bathroom. Are you nuts''!! To make things worse the apartment is not only falling apart but the buildings outside and the breeze way look horrible and is not safe for children, not with nails poking out and wood curling up. We decided to get out of our lease....and we're still trying. The leasing office doesn't return my calls to let me know how much more I'm going to have to pay nor does anyone want to talk to me about it when I go to the office. Talk about being professional. My 16 year old brother is more professional than the staff. I would never, not even for the money, refer a friend or relative to Jefferson at Champions Parkway. To those of you who just moved in, best of luck to you.
