MANAGEMENT: Not helpful, often times rude. Mark especially is rude and not helpful. If you try and get out of your lease they will make you pay back all concessions (discounts) and an additional month's rent.

They have illegal breed restriction on dog breeds.

MAINTENANCE: They will not come prompty and they will often not get the job done the first time. Jeffereson does not even keep good track of when maintenance is performed. One time I called the cops because I thought someone had broken in (since mgmt had no record of anyone being at my apartment), turns out they came and did maintanence on my apartment without me knowing AND they left a HUGE mess!!!

APARTMENT CONDITIONS: The blinds and carpet are stained. Poor quality fixtures. Make sure you stove fan works. They will not put anything good quality in your apartment.

TRASH DUMPSTER CONSTANTLY overflowing!!! It was disguisting, unsightly and against code.

SERIOUSLY, do not live here. you can find a better apartment!

I paid $700 a month for a 900 sq ft apartment on the top level.

Its worth it to pay a little more to live somewhere better.

Having known Mark for the last year,...he is a great leasing agent...and note that there has been no turnover among staff in the last 12 months that speaks highly of the level of contentment...but hey,..you signed a lease...a contract...you want to break the contract,..then you must pay the concessions back...common sense...you have unfairly made claims that do not speak for all residents...I have been here for 12 months...

I would have to agree. Jeffersons at Champions Pkwy is the worst apartment complex to live in. I've called numerous times to get my carpet fixed in between doorways, I pay a ridiculous amount of rent for a one bedroom apartment...try over $800 a month. The front office is just as rude. To make things worse the manager who lives here has children running around her place, screaming, playing music loud at all hours of the night and doesn't do anything about it ......is this really what anybody wants to call home, where the own managers doesn't care about the complex? As for getting out of a lease its obscene the amount they want you to pay......absolutely not fair if you can prove how unhappy you are in the complex especially if you want a home. I would have to agree, its worth paying more to live some where else other than here.....I know I'm moving and never again will I ever life here or even recommend this place.
