I have not lived here very long, but I agree with some of the statments regarding the management and facilities. The dumpster looks exactly like the photo posted, and the operations manager is very rude. I had maintenance problems from the day I moved in and was told that someone serviced my apartment, however there was no evidence of repair or that someone had been in the apartment at all. Whoever said that it only looks good from the golf cart was right. I was pleased after viewing the property, but now I wished I had taken the reviews more seriously. If I had to do it over again I would speak with some of the residents before I moved here. The apartments aren't too bad, but the staff is definitely a problem. Do your research before moving here!
