After years here, this place just seems to get worse and worse as time goes by. When we first moved here this was a great community with friendly staff, and prompt maintainance. Now we wait 6 months for them to fix anything. Have had 3 different apartments due to varying problems from a daytime breakin thanks to neighbors bringing home an escapee from northsides mental ward, to so many water leaks through our ceiling that it started coming out of light sockets and light fixtures. We had to threaten to sue to get relocated to another apartment. We were given 2 days to move everything, and we had to take a totaly different floorplan than originally picked because they gave away the apartment we were moving into the day before we moved. We are done with this place come april, I know they will not give back our deposit, and they have honestly harrased us since we last switched apartments. These places are falling down and I strongly urge people to take their business elsewhere.

We also lived there a few years ago.. looks like nothing has changed.. we left, broke our lease and they did nothing. you just need to write everything down and turn that letter into them when you leave. showing the quality of life issues. basicly if they come after you, you have something to show how they were not doing there part. and you can go after them, but im sure they wont. Good Luck and get out of that hell hole.
