JPI attracts people with lower rent if you are new here . But after 6months when its time to renew they attack you with heavy rent .I have been paying 825 for 6 month lease when i went to ask for renewal , they quoted me $1025. Manager seems to be very unenthusiastic about negotiating . Totally blamed corporate office for the higher rent . I have had 1 bad experience calling Maintanence because my smoke alarm go off for no reason . they never showed up . 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Sorry to hear you had that experience I have actually been here for 3 years and my experiences have NOT been bad. My rent has not really gone up in the 3 years I've lived here but I did start out with a longer term lease. My rent started at $825 and is now $859. It is really has really convienent access to shopping and is an overall decent area for the cost. I do have to admit that throughtout my stay I have experienced some irritation with the maintainance and staff but my overall level of service has been acceptable. In any apartment you will have issues and not all residents will connect with all staff. Especially when the staff seems to be unable to bend to your personal circumstances.
