The staff was friendly...but they were not the most efficient people. Our rent checks were misplaced/lost about 3 times, which resulted in eviction notice every time. Maintenance usually took a long time. I was very unhappy to find out, on the day we cleaned up the apt to move out, that there was a leak between the walls in the bathroom and the water had been seeping into our bedroom. Apparently, the staff had known about this because of complaint from our next door neighbor but didn't bother to fix it because they knew we were moving out. Our furniture had been sitting on wet carpet for so long the wood stain got on the carpet...
On the good sides, they organize fun parties every now and then...and weren't trying to deduct our deposit money when we moved out. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
