i have lived here for almost a year,the property is in great shape tons of trees.the staff is excellent,all my maint needs are meet and the pool is always exc.the water bill flexs alot and they need a new large play ground but other then that its a sweet place to live,the guys here go out of there way for people,they have put air in my tires and gave my car a jump with no attitude or bothering looks.tenants need to pick up there pet droppings but all in all its a sweet place
