The staff was AWESOME about letting me transfer to another Equity property before my lease was up even though my new place is a little under 20 miles (the rule says that is the minimum for Equity transfers). It has been so easy, and I even get concessions at the new place for the transfer. The only reason I am moving is b/c my commute to work is horrible - 400 sucks. I hate to leave this community. It is beautiful, and my apartment is spacious and unique. I?m sad to go but highly recommend Lexington Farm to anyone who is considering an apartment in Alpharetta.
