I have looked at this complex (as has a friend of mine) and well- I am baffled- I have gotten 4 DIFFERENT prices on the same apartments...

this is a renters market- make THEM an offer and don 't take the BS...
it looks like a nice, well run, tidy, friendly place- I am just very leary of being jerking around at the off set...

i live here now and i notice that they definatly insult your intelligence. when i renewed last year they tried to tell me my apt was going for almost 900 at the moment. i have a one bedroom do they honestly think im that stupid and would not look this up before signing a new lease!! they also raise the rent every year wich i dont understand because the economy bein so bad right now. save your money and your time and move elsewhere!!
