It's a good place to call home. My 2 bedroom is large, new appliances, no bugs, no problems.
It was an easy move, any problem I have (which have been few) have been solved within the same day usually.
And i'm glad they follow through on their word to get rid of any residents who are noisy. I complained once about a neighbor having loud sexual activities, and he was evicted within the month.
I can't think of ever leaving.
