I don't quite understand the bad reviews. Here's my list of Pros, Neutrals and Cons:

Cons: (bad first)

BUGS - Apts near the woods like mine, have bug problems. If you're kitchen is always spotless, then there will be no reason bugs come, but mine isn't and have had 1 ant invasion, a few spiders and about 3 scorpions (found dead or half dead from pesticides)
Non-lethal non-poisonous Scorps, but with children or small children, they can be a hurtful nuisance. Only in apts near wooded lots.
Maintenance offers FAST pest control, but only sprays and does no prevention work like additional sealing and spraying OUTside.

Most bugs are found post mortem, but they seem to have an easy time getting in my Apt.

PRICE: My 2 BR (largest in size) is going up in rent from $848 to $925 or something AFTER I have been a good tenant for 14 months. Price is inflated due to the area; central Alpharetta. Come on. Let's have fair prices based on features and not area; I would say prices for ALL half-way nice or decent and safe looking apts in Alpha and Roswell are Overpriced, but others seem a little more flexible than Lex.


NEUTRAL:

MAINT: Very professional but waiting order is 24-48 hours.


PROS:

Beautiful lawns and landscape detail
attractive and great features such as drive under garages and additional storage.

Good office hours 7 days a week.

Unique and open floorplans and nice interiors.
