I would definately advise someone to live here. I have been here for over a year and have really enjoyed it. I moved here from South GA and love the area. I was really surprized to see that the rates were so much higher than on the south side however after living here a year I understand why. location is great! Close to everything, shopping, resteraunts, and just about any other recreational thing you would like to do. I have had nothing but great service since I have moved in and really found it shocking that anyone would have anything bad to say about the community. Even more so because most comments are not even from residents but just people that were looking for apartments and for some reason feel like they were being cheated for some reason.
