Okay, but not worth the money

Do not live on the terrace level or you will be disturbed by the people who live above you and anyone walking down the stairs to the lower level. Anytime anyone walks down the stairs, it sounds like the running of the bulls.
The office staff is not impressive...in fact, they treat residents as if we are mentally challenged most of the time. Catch them on a good day or their bad attitude might spoil yours.
Parking is retarded. The only open space are the ones you have to pay for, which apparently no one does, because they are always empty. I'm contemplating tearing down the stupid parking cover so i can actually park within walking distance of my apartment.
Don't (EVER) count on the gate to let you in or out of this place. be prepared to sit, wait, or just push the damn thing open yourself.
please invest in your own washing machine & dryer, because the one's they have in the laundry room DO NOT work. all the dryers suck, and after paying $5 to do a load of laundry or 2, i STILL came home with wet clothes. What a rip off.
there is horrible water damage in the guest room of my apartment. The ceiling is covered with brown water damage stains and the window seal is covered in black mold that will not go away. We have the same black mold re-appearing in the guest bathroom's toilet, and despite daily attempts at scrubbing with bleach, cleaners, etc, it just keeps coming back. No one can even sleep in the 2nd bedroom because they wake up sick in the morning from all the mold.
we had an awful ant problem this summer which sent us to home depot to get the stuff to get rid of the ants. go ahead and stock up on the stuff because the office staff WILL not respond to your ant complaints and no one will come spray your apartment for them- i guess the $1000/month you pay them for rent just won't cover the cost of an exterminator. (give me a freaking break.)
The wallpaper in the bathrooms have clearly not been updated since 1985. *gag*
Just a little advice for people who are looking to rent here. RUN. not worth your thousand hard-earned bucks every month. spend it on a more updated place with a friendlier staff.

If it is that bad, why are you still there??? I have been there for a while and no problems. Yeah it is a little noisy from the neighbors, but what do you expect....it is an apartment!! The apartments are older, but what do you expect for $1,000 a month in Alpharetta. You can find nicer more updated decor, but you will pay a lot more per month.
