I hesitated to write a positive review online because I didn't want to write one too soon. But from the moment I moved in the staff have been wonderful, and maintenance is amazing! Now it's been 7 months and I think it's safe to say that this is a fair review.
Whenever I put in a maintenance request online, it is tended too based on the immediacy of the need. When the breezeway light needed repaired, it was done within 2 days. When our entryway was accidentally flooded from pressure-washing, it was tended to within 1 hour of my maintenance request, even though it was after hours. Not only that, but the guy was very polite and courteous as well. Recently I put in a request for grass, as the area behind our apartment had become muddy. I received an email the next day containing the correspondence between several maintenance guys and how they planned on fixing the issue.
In the 6 months that we have lived here, we have had exactly 3 bugs in our apartment. THREE-- that's including all ants, gnats, spiders, etc. We just plain haven't had any-- and we are on the ground floor close to trees, and we have 3 pets.
Lexington Farms also has a great pet policy. They typically only allow 2 pets, but we have 3 small pets (combined weight is less than 40 lbs) and they allowed us to have all three. We pay $10 per month, per pet, but that is typical.
Sure, there are little things that could be nicer, such as how they paint the apartments before we move in, the kitchen counters appear to be painted, and there is little storage space in our bathroom, but overall I would recommend this place to ANYONE. Even in our one bedroom unit, there is a storage room on the exterior, which is very nice.
It's overall a quiet community. I rarely hear any of my neighbors, and I would definitely recommend it.

Hello, I am relocating to Atlanta soon. Currently I am in the process of searching a good apartment complex for me and my mother. My focal point in the apartment search is to have a clean and safe apartment. I am searching for a 1 bedroom single top level apartment in an apartment complex which is safe, with decent amenities, bug free, good maintenance, no hidden fees, etc. I'm not sure if this is a good place to live so, I seek feedback from my would-be fellow neighbors. Please advice whether I should rent an apartment here. Thank you for your feedback

I would definitely recommend this place. An update to the post above... the grass has not been taken care of yet, and it has been two months and I've contacted them 3 times... so that is a negative
