You know, this was a great apartment at first. We moved into a middle level two bedroom after assurance that the noise from the apartment above would only affect us in extreme conditions (party, loud stereo, etc). Well, we had no one above us for the first two months (which we didn't know) and I thought it was great, I couldn't hear anything. Well, a week ago someone moved in and now every time they walk through their apartment, my chandelier shakes and the pictures on the wall rattle. Two fans in my bedroom cannot even drown out the noise, and they're just walking around!!! You know, cardboard can be decorated very nicely, but when it all boils down it's still cardboard. I love this apartment, but I cannot handle the noise. If you rent here, get on the top or get some ear plugs. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
