Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
noisy tenants, poor architecture, cochroaches, out-dated fixtures. I am glad I was only there for 3 months and returning to my 4 bedroom detached home. It was a nightmare.
Apt was pre-furnished, utilities included, decor was wonderful.
