We're glad we took some of the ratings we saw with a grain of salt. People seem to have very different agendas when doing a rating.
Our experience has been entirely positive. We enjoy the well-kept grounds, the quiet, and the plentiful parking. We have a cordial relaitonship with the staff and find them to be good, helpful people. We do treat them in a friendly manner, of course, instead of just as complaint recipients. We think this makes a difference in the service we get.
We not only like our apartment, we also like the other people we have met in the complex.
We recommend Sterling Woods to anyone who appreciates these things and is looking for an excellent value.
