Oh the numerous problems here...let's list them:

1. The loud illegal immigrants

2. Roaches - there are several species I've never even heard of

3. Rip off water bill

4. Uneven floors

5. Refurbished broken down kitchen appliances

6. Jacked up splintered balconies

7. Ignorant staff who always tell you to call someone else but never intervene with anything

Let me say that they sent someone called Chemtech to spray the bugs. When I moved here I probably saw 1 roach a month. When Chemtech came in, I was killing a bowlful of roaches daily. It took me calling Orkin to come in and take care of the problem. Appliances constantly leaked, the oven overcooked everything and the clock in the corner is filled with dead roaches. Geeze who would have thought in high class Alpharetta, Georgia'

My lease is up in April. I can't wait to get out of this hellhole.
