I too believe that I am living in a different apartment complex than some of the negative reviews I have read here.

My employer transferred me to Alpharetta in of 2003. When I came here to find a place to live, an employee of La Quinta Inn on North Point Drive referred me to Sterling Woods. She told me that although it is an older complex, it is the best value for square feet. I came straight to Sterling Woods and didn?t bother looking elsewhere, as I could tell that this apartment would meet my needs.

I am really not used to living in an apartment, but the experience has been a positive one. The building is a bit older, but I?ve lived in 100-year-old houses before, so I?m not bothered by the age.

My apartment is a bit dark, but I work off-shift, and sleep later, so this is a positive thing for me.

I have found the management and maintenance staff to be a pleasure to interact with, and any problem I?ve brought to their attention has been quickly dealt with.

I would definitely recommend Sterling Woods to anyone.
