I moved out after spending just 1 week at Sterling Woods. The management assured me that there was no crime problem in the complex. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the young guys across the hall were dealing drugs out of there apartment. They tried to sell to my sons. And weird dangerous looking people were knocking on my door at all hours looking for the people across the hall. My girlfriend was too scared to go in or out of the apartment without me. I ran a police report check and found a long list of police calls and arrests at these apartments. Obviously I should not of taken the management's word on it but checked with the police first. Also the bugs were incredible! Every day I was running after roaches. When I first moved in they had had the pest control company do the apartment first. When I arrived to move in I found the floor littered with dead roaches, centipedes, and other bugs. Also the walls are very thin. Got tired of hearing the tenants above me talking, playing loud music, and having sex. All in all an incredibly bad experience! I broke the lease and moved out after just one week it was that bad!
